This video is a striking audio-visual presentation of the state of Sierra Leone’s diamond mining capital which was at the epicentre of the country’s decade long civil war.
"The World is Your Runway" Upcoming Fundraiser
ADW’s SLAM project fundraiser, “The World Is Your Runway” fashion show was a great success in 2012 with 350 people in attendance. $2000 was raised for the SLAM orphanage in Sierra Leone, and the show was an exciting mix of fashion, music and youth performances. Thank You to everyone who came – this year’s show will be held November 16th. Event Details are Below:
